Who is it for?

The cardiology review is especially indicated for people aged 35-40 who want to know the state of their heart and control risk factors and prevent cardiovascular diseases. In addition, it is aimed at amateur or professional athletes who want to know how their heart muscle responds to physical activity, in order to avoid overexertion and prevent unnecessary risks of injuries or cardiorespiratory complications.

At CreuBlanca we carry out cardiology check-ups from a personalized approach and using the most advanced technology to guarantee a comprehensive and accurate diagnosis. In general, we offer 3 different types of cardiology reviews:

– The Basic Cardiology Check-up, a medical check-up aimed at people who regularly practice sports or want to start a sports routine, regardless of the duration and intensity, and want to know the state of health of the heart muscle in order to prevent and anticipate possible risks derived from an erroneous sports practice. Basic assessment that includes a visit with the cardiologist, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, and cardiac stress test.

– The Complete Cardiological Check-up, a medical check-up aimed at people over 35 years of age aimed at preventing and controlling certain risk factors that lead to the development of cardiovascular diseases. These factors include hypertension, cholesterol and diabetes, as well as a sedentary lifestyle, smoking, being overweight and stress. The review includes specific tests, such as cardiac CT, for early diagnosis and prevention of cardiac complications at an early age.

– The General Cardiological Check-up, a comprehensive medical check-up aimed at people who regularly practice sports and want to know the state of health of the heart muscle in order to prevent and anticipate possible risks derived from erroneous sports practice, such as myocardial infarction. and sudden death, among other conditions. It includes general tests, such as the stress test, and more specific ones, such as Holter or cardiac event monitors to assess the presence of ventricular tachyarrhythmias (VTA).
