Professional scuba diving certificate

The medical certificate for scuba diving is an approved document issued by a doctor who assesses a person’s cardio-respiratory capabilities and determines whether they are able to withstand the pressure changes resulting from ascending and descending underwater. According to Spain’s Royal Decree 550/2020 of 2 June, an approved medical certificate is required for safe diving. The deeper you go, the more pressure your body is subjected to. This is why it is important to get checked before practicing this sport.
