QUALITY POLICY
CreuBlanca is an organisation in the healthcare sector, whose mission is to provide patients with specialised medical diagnostic services and the healthcare treatments necessary to care for their health and illness. It is characterised by expert care and a vision of medicine based on personalisation, proximity, connection with the patient, and constant innovation.
The main activity of the CreuBlanca Group is the provision of healthcare services, which it considers to be in accordance with the quality required by the International Standard ISO9001:2015:
Provision of administrative services, diagnostic imaging, medical emergencies, doctor’s surgeries, admissions to clinical rooms, and surgical activities.
The Policy statement sets out the main lines of action:
- Commitment to meeting customer requirements, both patient and own, as well as the legal requirements that apply to us.
- The objectives are drawn from the strategic lines defined by the Direction. These are communicated to all levels of our structure.
- The definition of Quality indicators allows us to monitor the level of progress of the processes so that we can know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by our clients and patients.
- We ensure that working conditions are optimal by assessing the risks arising from the processes, eliminating them as far as possible, and reducing those assessed.
- To develop continuous training programmes to improve the qualifications of our workers, thus involving all the staff in the achievement of all the objectives.
- Direction’s commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system in place.
- Encourage and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.
The Direction makes this policy accessible and available to their clients, patients, employees, providers, and interested parties.
The Policy is updated through periodic revisions, coinciding with management reviews of the system, to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the human, technical, and economical means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a programmed and periodic basis.
