At CreuBlanca, we believe every child deserves the best opportunities to reach their full potential. That’s why our Speech Therapy Service wants to inform families about the availability of grants for students with specific educational support needs (NESE) for the 2025–2026 school year, and how we can help guide you through the application process.
Application period
Applications are open from April 30 to September 11, 2025. Don’t leave it to the last minute — gathering the necessary documents may take time.
Who are these grants for?
These grants are intended for non-university students who meet any of the following conditions:

Disability (equal to or greater than 25%)
-
Severe behavioral disorder (including students with ADHD)
-
Severe communication and language disorder
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
High intellectual abilities
They must also meet the following criteria:

Be at least 2 years old by December 31, 2024

Be enrolled in a special education school, a special education unit within a mainstream school, or a regular school that provides appropriate support for students with NEAE.

Be pursuing studies in Infant, Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, or professional arts education.
Applicants must reside in Spain and meet the academic and financial requirements set by the Ministry of Education.
What do these grants cover?
The grants can cover various education-related expenses, including:

Tuition

Transportation
-
School meals
-
Educational materials
-
Pedagogical or speech-language re-education
-
Specific programs for high-ability students
An additional subsidy is also available to help cover general schooling expenses.
Requirements and documentation
To qualify, you must meet financial criteria and submit documentation proving the specific educational support need. This may include reports by counselors or specialized teams, disability certificates, among others.
