Clínica CreuBlanca successfully passed the accreditation process for health centers in Catalonia, issued by the Departament de Salut de la Generalitat. With this certificate, our Reina Elisenda center is positioned as one of the few private medical centers to obtain this important health recognition.
The accreditation of acute hospital care center certifies that a health organization has reached a level of quality and competence superior to administrative standards, guaranteeing patients an efficient and personalized care. This qualification is obtained after a rigorous comprehensive evaluation process carried out by an independent entity authorized by the Generalitat. The inspection analyzes in detail the activity and results of the organization, comparing them with pre-established standards that cover the quality of services, the safety of processes, the state of the facilities, resource management and staff training, among other aspects. Once the evaluation is completed, the report is reviewed and approved by the Departament de Salut, which finally grants accreditation.
The team of auditors visited our Clínica CreuBlanca during the month of August and gave our organization outstanding ratings in the areas of Strategy, Leadership, and Alliances and Resources. The final report also highlights our state-of-the-art facilities in the field of diagnostic imaging and the importance we place on patient satisfaction.
In addition, last week CreuBlanca was successfully renewed for ISO 9001 certification for the second consecutive year. This international standard establishes the requirements for a Quality Management System and endorses our ability to meet the needs of our clients while maintaining a high level of excellence.
